More details from petition creator

Tandridge DC owns freehold, permanent off-street car parks in several communities. But despite it being the district's main shopping and business area, in Caterham Valley the council only has an agreement for some public parking in Morrison's car park. This could end after 2014. The lack of permanent off-street parking and Morrison's enhanced management could put pressure on residential roads and private car parks such as those at flats, doctor's surgeries and shops.
